Delete Your Account

You can delete your Bharathula Jyotish account and all associated data in either of two ways.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the app → tap the profile icon → My Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. This immediately removes your account, sign-in credentials, and account record.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request deletion this way, email us from the address associated with your account:

We process email deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once complete.

What isn't deleted automatically

Charts generated from birth details you entered are also cached on our servers keyed by the birth details themselves (not your account), so a chart can load quickly if you or someone else re-enters the same name, date, time, and place. If you'd like a specific cached chart removed as well, mention the name/date/time/place in your deletion email and we'll remove it.
